Photography Basics

No specific camera required. Learn photography skills with other adults in a friendly and interactive environment! In one class only, you will have all your questions answered on what makes a great photograph. You will also learn the difference in lighting/natural light and the rule of thirds. Props will be provided and feel free to bring your own if you’d like!

Portrait Photography Workshop

Creating a great portrait takes a lot of things into making the result. This hands on workshop will show you how to create amazing portraits. You will learn everything from how to create simple head shot portraits to how to photograph models. Some basic studio and natural lighting techniques will be learned. Key posing techniques will also be covered.  This goal-driven workshop explores portrait photography.

Prerequisites: You should know the basic operation of your camera.

It is helpful to know how to set aperture and shutter speed though not required.

What to bring: A Digital SLR

How to Run a Business

Leadership and Independent Studies
