Currently Enrolling!

Beginner's Hatha Yoga:
This class is perfect for those who are new to yoga or have little experience with yoga.  The focus will be on breathing techniques and proper alignment in the basic poses of Hatha yoga.  Equal emphasis will be placed on stretching and strength-building while calming the mind and relaxing. Families are welcome in this beginner's class.

Hatha 1:
This class is designed for yoga practitioners who have had some experience with the basic poses of Hatha yoga.  Centering breathing techniques will be explored, along with basic Hatha poses.  Standing poses will be emphasized to build strength and students will work towards backbends and inversions.  This class is offered as a series of 8 classes over 8 weeks and each class will build on the previous class.
